In-game purchase missing

Hello,

I purchased the 5.11 bundle from the in-game store a week ago using in-game currency. The 'purchase' was processed leaving me with 400 coins. I have still not received my items however. The technical support advisor suggested I post my issue here.

Has anyone else had this problem and subsequently received their items?
