In-game purchase missing

Hello,

I purchased the 5.11 bundle from the in-game store a week ago using in-game currency. The 'purchase' was processed leaving me with 400 coins. I have still not received my items however. The technical support advisor suggested I post my issue here.

Has anyone else had this problem and subsequently received their items?

I have same issue paid for the bundle but did not receive all the bundle I have one one character missing and some other items. Frustrating

Ok I have simmer problem how do we fix this , I have pro version $$ BIG$$ I have brough season 2 spent my coins to do that.... now it wont unlock pass it says I have buy it again
