Phantom Edition Owner Denied Promised S2 Compensation
I am writing this post to express my absolute outrage and deep disappointment with EA’s support and the current handling of the Phantom Edition compensation for Battlefield 6.
I purchased the highest tier of this game. On October 10, 2025, EA officially announced that as compensation for the EA App launch disaster, Phantom Edition owners would receive the Season 2 Battle Pass for free, as our edition already included Season 1.
I have opened four different tickets over the last 20 days. Every single time, support agents have ignored the official comunicado and tried to 'settle' the case by only granting XP Boosters. This is unacceptable. The boosters were the general compensation, but the S2 Pass was specifically promised to Phantom owners.
I have provided proof of purchase and cited the official announcement repeatedly, yet I am still being denied the content I paid for and was promised as an apology for your own service failures.
Let this be clear: If this issue is not resolved immediately and my account does not receive the Season 2 Battle Pass as promised, I will never purchase or consume another product produced or distributed by EA again. I have been a loyal customer, but I will not tolerate being lied to and ignored after supporting your most expensive edition. This is my final attempt to resolve this through your official channels before I escalate this further.
EA Community Managers: I expect a manual review of my case. Do not send me back to the standard support chat; they have proven incompetent in handling Edition-specific compensations
