Incendiary Airburst Launcher

I noticed the Support Challenge: Incendiary Airburst Launcher, doesn't add the damage after the first initial burst. Is this how the challenge is supposed to track damage? I thought it might add the damage from the Incendiary after the burst? Just figured it might be a tech issue or it might be as intended.

I'm pretty sure that it's broken cause I used 2 airburst rounds on a guy in TDM and it said I hurt him for 187 damage and when I came out of the game, it only recorded 14.
