Hi. Qualifying accounts have already received the Battle Pass. If your account hasn't received it, it means it wasn't eligible for this promotion.
I am a Phantom Edition owner. Per the Oct 10 official announcement, I was promised the Season 2 Battle Pass as compensation for the launch day EA App outage. Chat support (Case #243534960) claims they 'can only take feedback' and cannot manually entitle my account. Please assist with a manual sync.
