Increased LAT VAR

Question

Hey everyone i have noticed a spike and consistent high number in my LAT VAR after season 1 update, its has an high impact on my gaming with frame drops and lag, my internet is stable with 200+ DL and 30+UL with 22ms Ping, the LAT VAR used to sit @0-2ms now it is sitting anywhere from 9ms-25ms and makes GamePlay very frustrating i have noticed that i am not the only one having this issue REDIT post confirm my suspicion, if there is a solution for this that would be great. You are not alone. I've updated just about everything I can think of, upgraded my internet/modem, set custom RAM timings, and still I get 10-20 ms of Latency Variation and 8-20 ms of Time Nudge.

I've noticed this issue with other games, so I wonder if it is Windows related somewhere.

That is very interesting it is happening to you in other games you play, it could be a Windows issue you might be right, i just found it strange that it happened to me once the BF6 update occurred for season 1, before update it was mint, im playing BF6 on Steam as well which i did not mention in my original post, either way that has no bearing imo on the before and after which i am sure is the issue (BF6 season one update)
