Intense light glare over the downtown area in redsex

I was in a fight on top of the mid-high building connected to the highest destructible building (the right one if you look at the map).

When I looked at the enemy located in the boutique district the sky got rerendered in a yellowish tint and the lights appeared in boutique district, the lights were too bright to look at and since then nothing helped to remove them, they were all over that side of the map visible even from the nexus area.

the issue is game breaking, it’s not possible to look at that side of the map and it looks scary as if my video chip died, so it needs a fix asap.
