Issue with "Engineer Class Mission" Progress Not Updating

Dear Battlefield 6 Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with the "Engineer Class Mission" under the "Challenges" section. Specifically, the third mission titled "Damage aerial vehicles with launchers as an Engineer" is not tracking my progress correctly.

I have actively attempted to complete this mission using multiple eligible launchers, including the RPG-7V2 and the SLM-93A SPIRE, and have confirmed successful hits and even shoot-downs against enemy aircraft. However, the mission progress bar remains unchanged and does not reflect these actions.

I have ensured I am playing as the Engineer class during these attempts and that I am using the correct weapon category. Despite this, the issue persists, which is quite frustrating after putting in considerable effort.

Could you please assist me with this matter? I would be grateful if you could:

1. Investigate this potential tracking bug.
2. Manually update my mission progress based on my account activity logs, if possible.
3. Alternatively, provide a reliable solution or reset the mission so I can attempt it again.
