Issues with Low FPS

Ever since a recent update, I used to get 210 minimum FPS without frame gen with my 7900xtx with ultra and extreme settings. I Now get 180 fps tops and averaging between 110 and 165. This is absolutely pathetic for a 7900xtx. I have done everything I can such as reinstalling drivers, resetting shader cache, etc.

Not pathetic at all same fps I've gotten on my 7900 xtx since I got it I never had over 190 fps on it and that's perfectly fine if you want more fps then turn down the settings
