It says my Playstation account is already linked to another EA account

I tried to link my EA account to my Playstation account but it says: " Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation™Network account MeneerSpatz already linked to your EA Account for some unknown emailadress. 

To fix this they advice me to log in to the named EA Account but I have no clue who's that is.

Can someone please help me link my PS and EA account? I can provide prove both are mine if necessary.
