Jan 20 Update 1.1.3.5 More CPU intensive? Lagging more than before.

So I've got a 5600x, run it on low settings and average 100-130fps usually. But it seems that during this last update I'm getting a lot more dips down into the 60s than before. Particularly on Iberian and east wood. Anyone know a fix or experiencing the same? Is it maybe my ram that's a bit too slow?

5600x, 6700xt, 32gb ram.
