Crashing with no error message

I have been crashing randomly with no reason as to why for several months now. I emailed EA and the following link were sent to me and we done.

Still the issue persists, does anyone know how to find the root cause of the issue? Like an event viewer that could tell me what is happening when it crashes. BF6 app doesn't make a crash dump file either for these crashes.
