Javelin Error 115

I've been playing since launch, and I started getting this error (115) two days ago, and I've tried everything to fix it. Reinstalled, verified game files, used the EA Javelin tool, nothing. It keeps saying it's out of date. 

I'm also able to boot up one out of thirty times. And I'm able to play just fine. What is happening?
