How do I disable all infantry / Vehicle / etc

Why did you put Joystick in the unit category with Infantry / Vehicle etc? What the hell? Why would you do that?

When I look at the joystick bindings, everything is unbound for infantry. Why then is infantry spinning in a circle when I plug in the joystick?
