I've reinstalled, I've repaired, I've updated, I've gone into services to reapply and restart EABackGroundservices. nothing is working. how did this update not fix it, or am I doing something wrong.
please fix the game. I'm a veteran battlefield play; I'd like to play the game.
also, I have 244 hours on the game. this all started with your winter update
I've had a similar experience. There are some fundamental game breaking bugs with the game and EA isn't addressing it. They've only been focused on money making content updates rather than bug fixes. The issue is with the game itself.
I just launched the game a few minutes ago and entered a match, all I got were the little squares as it was just not loading the character models. Fun times.

Well when it crashes does it have any error message? Does it just go straight to desktop with nothing to go off of?
Also could you share your dxdiag.txt file? Helps a ton so others can see what's goin on. Just search "dxdiag" in the start menu and should pop up easy and then you hit "save all information" when you run it. Saves as a text file and then you can post it here so we can see what you have and what drivers. Doesn't have anything important/private that's of any concern either in case you got reservations there.
Game is garbage. Hit detection? Never heard of that.

Do the game crash completely your pc by freezing ? Need to hard reset.
