Lag Compensation ?

I have recently begun to notice that i (and others) are starting to shoot "Ghost Bullets" I have activated ingame that when a Network error occures it will show the typical graph on what is going on...

Ripnite please post gameplay video with the network performance graph, damage log, and event graph on-screen.
