Same problem since release with my AMD AM4 Ryzen 7 3700x 8core. Small maps run almost smoothly but large scale maps tend to start to lag/rubberbanding after 1 mintue ingame.
My ping is mostly 1-digit, inet connection is stable (via LAN-cable).
Tried to downscale the settings as far as my eyes can handle but no significant effect regarding stability/smooth gameplay.
Hadn't this problem on the large Cairo Conquest Map in beta.
