Launch EA Platform Compensation

Hello, 

I was one of the affected players, and I didn’t receive any compensation that was published on the social medias, i have tried to speak with the support but they don’t want to help me, the last answer i got, told me to publish the problem here so i can get the support to fix my issue. 

they keep saying every player was already rewarded but I didn’t.
