Light bug
I've played a handful of Ranked play so far and came across this bug twice so far. Very unplayable when it happens and a most definitely a loss. Just blinding lights you can see even across the map.

Is it happening any where else? So far its hit me 4 or 5 times but always in the downtown area
I have been having the same issue but its every time while in the city now. It is unplayable when it happens.
