Lights , lights , lights

EASTWOOD / B point / Totally random flashing and blinding lights. 

Some says '' high reflexion'' solve the problem but no way. It comes back randomly. 

Sometime all is ok. Sometime it's unplayable.  Often after death & come back to the point. 

So what ????
