Lost Battlefield coins

Just bought on XBox Series X, the Season Pass 2 for 1100 coins. I had 1400 coins on my account.

I had already reached the Ultimate tier, so I should get 800 coins back from the purchase.

1400-1100+800=1100.

Instead I'm left with 900. It's like it didn't take into account that I had 1400 coins, took everything and then gave back the 900 of the Season Pass.

What can I do to get back the rest? Now I can't afford to buy the next season pass.

Gotcha. I wanted to double-check your progress on the free track before the purchase.

Please note that the following rewards were part of the free track:

Recruit Path: 100 BFC (Tier 3)

Death Stalkers: 100 BFC (Tier 3)

Hazardous Front: 100 BFC (Tier 2)

That means if you had already received those 300 BFC from the free track before buying the Battle Pass, then you would not receive an additional 300 BFC on top of that. So, 1400 - 1100 + 600 = 900.

Just had something similar when loaded up to try out season 3. I forget exactly how many but I had 500 or 600 coins when I last logged in about a week ago. Right before I logged in today I bought 2 packs from the PSN store that included several items each & some coins each. One pack included 1,100 coins & the other 500 coins for total of 1,600 plus what I had before so, 2,100-2,200 total. I'd also preordered the season 3 battle pass to give me 32 tier skips (25 from pass, 2 for preorder, & 5 bonus I forget what the inbox message said) which gives me another 300 coins(100 coins x 3 tiers). Currently I have 2,000 coins when I should have 2,400 or 2,500 so I'm missing 400 or 500 coins.

1,100(pack 1) + 500(pack 2) + 300(battle pass) = 1,900
1,900 + 500 = 2,400 or
1,900 + 600 = 2,500

Thank you for your understanding. I also appreciate the feedback, and you’re definitely not the only person who has found this confusing. I’ll pass that along to the team and hope they can consider improving how it’s shown.

That would make sense BUT I SHOULD be able to see what was free to take it into consideration.
Or it should be mentioned as a warning or something.
After reaching the milestones it's impossible to see what and if it was free.

This same thing happened to me. I am currently missing 200 coins. If I had 1300 to start, spent 1100 for pass, then I would be left with 200.
i did not complete the prestige pass either so I would end up with 1100…
I have 900 coins and now can’t buy next seasons

Like I said, ignoring the last 200 coins from the prestige, the rest of the season pass should give 900. Right?
So I had 1400, I paid 1100, was left with 300 and should get back 900 (coins from all the tiers prior to the Prestige), therefor ending up with 1200.
Instead, I have 900.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Please correct me if I’ve misunderstood.

The Ultimate Path and the Prestige Path are two different things. The 200 BFC is the final reward on the Prestige Path, so if you only completed the Ultimate Path, then you wouldn’t have received those 200 BFC.
