Manhattan bridge and New Sobek City maps have vehicles spawning issues

When you load in to both maps, I’m not sure if it’s both team at once or only one team, it seems to be both teams, vehicles are showed to be spawned in, but are not available all game long. For examp...

It's every map, just 50/50 on whether you get to spawn in any of your vehicles. Sometimes there there at the beginning and once they die they're gone or sometimes there just not there at all and never spawn.
