Matchmaking Constant Issues

I would like to raise a consistent issue i am facing with matchmaking for CQB Lobbies. 80% of the lobbies I join exhibit the same signs. 12/16 Players, along with the message "Populating with Bots". However, no matter how long i wait in the lobby, bots do not populate to the required 16 players. This is happening when I search for a match just using the CQB Playlists on the Homescreen. I have attached screenshots below.

    exactly my problem. ive been on forums since thursday and been opening support cases with EA and all they tell me is they are looking into it. i recommend just opening a case on EA help to show them more people have this problem. i assume you’re from South Africa or some other smaller region cause its constant here.
