Menu FPS cap does not apply when returning to the menu from a game
I have my menus capped to 30fps from the in game slider. Whenever I return to the main menu from a game, my FPS is unlocked and my GPU runs near 98-100% utilization. The FPS cap seems to work fine on startup, I only run in to issues after playing a match.
