kamaleont_007 please explain what microtearing is a little more. Is it more similar to Vsync off screen tearing or screen stutter?

It's not stuttering, it's more like a frame rate synchronization issue. Vsync is disabled in my settings because gsync is enabled. And any settings, game, Windows, or anything else, no fix it. I read the consoles don't have this problem
