Need a fix ASAP

I'm always able to play the game on a net cafe, and it would run fine without any problem or issues.

Not sure when it did started but it would close my game after a minute of launching it showing the prompt "EA AntiCheat has detected and incompatible driver. Please update or disable 'c:\windows\devicepnp64.sys' and restart. (119)".

This completely prevents me from playing the game and not sure which caused this as I'm only playing at a public net cafe and don't have any authorities to do any changes.

    Hello Shimakaze-san,

According to Microsoft's knowledge base, pnp64.sys is a kernel driver associated with the 64-bit version of Windows' Plug and Play functionality. It is designed to automatically detect and configure hardware devices connected to the computer.

Firstly, I would recommend visiting one or two other internet cafés to see if they generate the same error. If not, the issue is specific to the hardware or software implementing Plug and Play functionality in your regular internet café. An effective way to determine this is to ask the café's network supervisor what hardware/software they recently installed, and if they can disable the device or Plug and Play functionality while you are playing Battlefield 6.

I wish you the best of luck!
