Missing 25 tier skips from BF PRO preorder.

I preorder the BF PRO battlepass for season 3, I only get 2 tier skips for the preorder, the remaining 25 are not applied or I'm not given an option to apply them. Apparently, the applied without my ...

Same issue here, hopefully it will get fixed soon. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be forced to request a full refund from Sony.
