I'm missing mine and spent three hours with EA and 511 yesterday trying to sort it out. Ea blaming 511 and 511 can only re provide the code I used to redeem on ea redemption. Ea support rep told me 511 had to fix it.... Like wth. Can provide screenshots of all this
I remember when I first tried checking out with 5.11 and entering the promo at checkout, it kept saying unavailable even though I'm in the states, and it was directly on their website that the promotion was active and launched. It placed the order over 50$ but didn't even email me anything I had to call customer service myself and get a code.
