Time Nudge

After the last couple of updates my game is entirely unplayable. I am getting time nudges as high as 900.

I have tried adjusting everything revolving around CPU, lowering everything to low, capping framerate, every fix I can find online has not resolved the issue. I have no problem with any other game I play, and I play quite a few. All I can figure is this is a client issue.

My specs are

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor (3.80 GHz)

64gb of RAM

AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (16 GB)

While I know I am still running AM4, I was running the game with no issues prior to the last couple updates.

I’m experiencing the same issue. I think it started around 4–5 May. There are sudden delays of around 160–900 ms, which makes the game unplayable. It doesn’t seem to be affecting everyone; my friends don’t appear to be having any problems at all.Because of this, I’ve been really worried that there might be something wrong with my internet connection. I hope DICE will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  • I have same problem i tried everithyng i hope they will solve the problem i think this all problems  started 5-6 May

  • hey same thing hapened to me i know how to fix it well not fix it but make it better tn or time nudge is when you cpu is proccesing frames to make it look smoother you problem is you CPU isn't keeping up (to check if the cpu is the problem go to setting graphics advanced performance overlay simple and go into a game there are 4 lines CPU SIM GPU MP/S if the cpu is the problem you will have CPU red SIM might be red sometimes or all the time or not at all)  with your gpu now simplest fix is to just get a new cpu thats faster but obviously some people don't want to spend more money on there build if they have your specs so what you can do is wont remove it but will help it so main causes of tn in cpu and ram lacking behind on gpu and the bf servers so a couple things you can do firstly limit your fps servers mainly like processing stuff in 60fps im not saying you need to do 60fps but limit it to something you have a stable fps in 1440p as 1080 p put more stress on your cpu rather then your gpu secondly ram if you havent already enable expo for amd or xmp for intel since you have amd its expo watch a video on how to do it on your motherboard bios every bios is different thirdly settings go into your bf6 quality settings and turn down everything that on the right side of your screen shows high on CPU

to check if the cpu is the problem go to setting graphics advanced performance overlay simple and go into a game there are 4 lines CPU SIM GPU MP/S if the cpu is the problem you will have CPU red SIM might be red sometimes or all the time or not at all
