Hello. I did purchase items from 5.11 after seeing the skin promo, and I did get the code from 5.11 to redeem, and I followed their instructions at the link provided. It said confirmed. But I cannot use the skin. I see it in the skin list for support but it is unavailable to me to use. I tried redeeming the code again but it says it has been used. I am unable to contact EA support by email for this as the chatbot told me EA advisors cannot help with this.

The same issue , also I wonder is it going to make any difference if I'm using PC or PS5 ? Is it going to show on both systems?

As long as you have both platforms linked to the ea account you redeemed the code under
