Missing Battlefield Labs Dog Tag.
I am missing the BF6 “Battlefield Labs” dog tag. I participated in both the Alpha and Beta tests and completed all challenges. Its the dog tag that has a golden retriever on it. How do I get this issue fixed?

More information. I have contacted support and they responded and said to create a forum post and wait for a community manager response. None of the EA help sections cover missing dog tags.

It may be that you haven't yet reached the number of hours required to unlock it, same as me. If memory serves, you need four hours worth of active testing to unlock it, so if that is the case for you, it should unlock after playing in more playtests.
Please note that while this forum can be used for reporting issues, there is nobody here who can provide in-game items.
I definitely hit the 4 hour mark as I played over 80+ hours of Alpha and Beta. So essentially no one can fix this problem. Thank you.
