Missing Battlefield Pro/ Battle Pass Rewards

Hey, i bought Battlefield pro a while back and im still missing a few rewards. Ive done all the ''solutions'' ive found online and its still missing. These are the ones missing.

• Unflinching (says I need Tier 4)
• 'Canus Lupus (says I need Tier 2)
• Brodie( says I need Recruit Tier 0, which is completely unlocked)     
• Speak No Evil( supposed to be a Recon Nato skin, can't find it in Recon loadout at all)
• Bad Medicine( not in Pax support loadout options, where it should be)
• SOR 300C Wild Beast ( says I need Recruit Tier 0)
• Parachute Transparency ( says I need Recruit Tier 0)
• Ignition (can't find this at all, should be in Pax engineer loadout)
