Missing battlepass season 1 (redeem outage) and BF pro tokens

I tried contacting EA Help official support but that chat doesn't work at all. Empoyee only redirects to making a public forum topic... Like why is there even an way of making a case if support only ...

Well season one can be forgotten since it takes so long for an anwser...
At least give me my BF Pro token from the phantom edition which I payed for.....
