Missing battlepass season 1 (redeem outage) and BF pro tokens

I tried contacting EA Help official support but that chat doesn't work at all. Empoyee only redirects to making a public forum topic... Like why is there even an way of making a case if support only ...

Same here, I would be happy with the XPs Boost if I don't get the Battle Pass or maybe give us the season 2 battle pass since we didn't get the season 1.
