Sorry to say, I haven't seen any support or admins post here in a while. I'm not sure why. I hope they do and you can get this resolved soon.
I never received my pre-order items either for the game. Tried messaging support / EA help and unfortunately couldn't get anyone to actually help. Just got transferred agent to agent and I finally have given up hope on receiving them.
Yeah looks grim but gonna keep trying because why not. Best of luck to you, I would be incredibly annoyed if I didn't get the items I paid for.
