Missing bf6 drops- claimed june 14th but linked account june 15th

Hello, I am missing battlfield 6 twitch drops due to a handoff error. I earned and claimed the drops between June 13th -14th but didnt link my EA account till the 15th. Because of this, Twitch inventory is showing a Grey checkmark saying "game account connected" but the items never hit my inbox. Furthermore, my attempts have prevented me from unlinking and relinking my twitch account for the duration of the year. I need an EA community manager to look into my backend profile and manually grant me these items.
