I am also experience this frustration with EA help(less), it has been a week and no one does not even seen to care. And I am not missing only the compensation for launch day outage, I am also missing Tombstone pack. They just copy and paste answers and no one seems to be able to solve this issue.
Yes, my Versatile skin from Twitch subscription is also missing and in their replies it's being ignored and Support refers only to missing boosts items. At first I understood that it's taking time but when they sent me the same reply twice stating it's been fixed.. I felt pissed lol
