Missing bonuses for game issues on premiere day

Hey, I still haven’t received my compensation bonuses (12x hardware boosts and 12x career boosts). EA stated that this issue had been fixed and that all eligible players should now have their bonuse...

Seems there will be no bonuses for the issues on premiere day. I dont understand why I didnt received it! I was able to bypass the issue but it still took some time to join to the server and I had to use community servers instead of standard ones. This is not how it should look like EA!

Nobody said that only those who didnt play at all will receive the bonus!
