MISSING EA PLAYER MEMBERSHIP REWARDS AND LAB TESTING DOG TAGS

Help needed! I paid for EA player membership YESTERDAY and didn't receive rewards WHICH HAS BEEN OVER 24 HOURS AND I'M EXTREMELY ANXIOUS! I reported my issue to EA help already and still didn't get what I'm suppoed to get, including skin for LMG and so on. NOTHING IN THE MAIL BOX!!

Furthermore, I attended early test in BattleLab ( battle royole mode) and I didn't get Lab test dog tag, which really bothers me a lot. 

Being a long-term battlefield player for over 10 years, I really like this game. No matter how terrible the first lauch of Battlefield 2042, I still pre-ordered 6 for I love this game indeed, let alone the bad company, 4, 1, 5, etc which I also player over hundreds of hours each on average. I am a collector when I love a game. That's exactly what is happening right now when playing Battlefield 6 and I don't want anything I was suppoed to have to be left behind. 

Please help, I know you guys are doing a great job and great effort to solve whatever problems the game has. But missing contents bothers me a lot and I would be most grateful if the missing contents I mentioned above are back to me.
