Missing items BF6 Beta Rewards!

Want to address a really annoying issue ve been having i contacted ea multiple times and they still have not helped me get my items i have 100 % completed all Beta Challenges and prove it as well with a screenshot showing completed Challenges and my gt for xbox on there im not able to use my beta rewards someone please help this is annoying as i put in the time and effort and just want my cosmetic items to use in Game thanks.
