Missing launch day reward

So im missing the "TANK-FUL" dogtag and maybe some xp boosters, cant be sure anymore.
I have been playing every day since launch day and still havent received the dogtag.
Also the inbox has a message that i have a gift in the store but it only takes me to the store front page.
