I have a similar situation but for PS5. Pre-ordered the game and have been playing since launch. I haven't received any of the Tombstone Pack contents. Contacted EA support twice. First reply I got was to restart the game, which I have been doing since I have been playing for days. Next reply I got was this:
"Upon checking, since you purchased the game in a different platform - PlayStation, this means that you need to directly reach out to PlayStation Support regarding this matter. We only have a limited visibility if the game is purchased in a different platform. I hope this clarifies."
I raised another ticket and this is the reply I got:
"I understand you have contacted us regarding missing rewards from the Phantom edition in Battlefield 6. I want to assure you that you're not alone several players have reported experiencing the same issue.
Our development team is actively investigating and working on a fix. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. Once this is resolved you will get the rewards added on your account."
It's just stupid that we can't access the pre-order bonuses when we actually pre-ordered the game. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
Same scenario for me, pre-ordered the physical phantom edition for ps5, and still not been given access to the tombstone content or recieved any kind of compensation

That ontop of the fact that others people are reporting they recieved phantom pack stuff and are on the standard edition - this is seriously feeling like I scam, game has been out long enough that we are already hearing about season 1 drops and I still dont have preorder **bleep**

Let's put it this way... the release of the Tombstone Pack was poorly handled. It should have been enabled via EA account and not via the store (or in your case, PS5 via preorder code by seller).
You're luckier on PS5 because you can activate the pack by purchasing a promotional code externally. On PC, since Tombstone is linked to the store that enabled our first preorder, we can no longer enable it even by paying for an extra code.
I'm only interested in getting my Tombstone Pack back, which was perfectly enabled on my personal EA account when I first launched it from Steam version.
Did you ever get a code for the Tombstone pack? I'm looking for a resolution as I still haven't gotten mine yet from Amazon
