Missing premium tier content from the California Resistance bonus path

As the title says. I bought the premium pass day before the event ended but didn't receive any premium rewards from the bonus path. I know that i had completed the bonus path since i did receive the DB-12. I contacted EA support twice about this, but they didn't do anything about it. Today i contacted them again and the AI that i talked with said to come here for the solution. I know that it has been over five months since the event ended, but i still would like to have all the content that i paid for.
