bad performance
hello im having very bad cpu performance in almost all map i hit 60ish and a lot of time 30 cpu on the cpu alone but my gpu is doing fine i have a i5 12400f can someone help me fix this pls

I don't get what you mean as all are you saying your CPU is getting 30% usage or do you have a performance bar that you CPU is only getting 30 fps

In some intense gunfight my cpu (FPS) Is often going below 30-40 and when it going below this. there a weird hitch. This make my gunfight rather hard to win. Hope this help a bit more

We need "Memory" and "SPD" to ensure a) your ram is in Dual Mode and b) your XMP Profile is enabled.
Hey unfortunately my bios don't have a xmp profile option on unfortunately
If this is the case we probably found the cause of your problem.
We still need to check a) if your RAM is in Dual Mode and b) on what clockspeeds it is running. If it is clocked at 2133 mhz default ram speed then it would explain the bad performance. If Acer build it with RAM which is at 3200mhz default then your performance loss might be something else.
