Missing purchased skins

What is going on with the game? Why everything is bugged? First i bought the recon skin pack, only one of the two skins are on my account. Now i just bought the engineer skins and its nowhere to be found. I restarted the game and app and nothing. Best thing is that i cant tell what the items were called since they are instantly removed from the store.

I am having the same problem, i bought the 11 tiers for the ice hook and bought the winter skin for it in the shop and i have neither of the items. I hope this will resolve soon because i spent a decent amount.

I have the same problem, the skin is not showing in my inventory.

Found it on youtube, pack is serrated steel. Everything else can be found but not the engineer skin
