Invisible hands and weapons on Contaminated

I have got the bug causing hands and weapons invisible on Contaminated since the beginning of Season 2. It randomly happens around mid games and in any game mode. Particularly, it occurs more consistently when I spam the  redeployment button mid games. 

It never happens on other maps at all, even large ones like Lyndon, Liberation Peak and Eastwood.

Fixing attempt: Switch Shader Cache from "AMD Optimized" -> "On".
