Missing store purchased items

Hi there,

I purchased a bundle in the Battlefield 6 store, but I'm not able to see them. I can't see any purchase history at all either.

The bundle had 2 guns, and AR and an SMG - but nothing is now unlocked in my Loadouts screen. 

Where can I see my purchase history, and where can I see my guns I just bought??
