Missing the reward content of the Battlefield™ 2042 Battle Pass

I reached level 60 on the free pass for Battlefield 2042 in September. Now that I purchased Battlefield 6 and entered the game, the rewards for the Battlefield 2042 pass are not in my email. When I try to find the rewards, it shows as locked. My account is all linked to the same Steam. Could customer service please help resolve this issue?
