Banned with zero penalty history
My account has been disabled for almost 2 weeks. I have no penalty history. I don't cheat or verbally abuse other players.
I got a hold of a person once on the chat and they "couldn't tell me what I did". I was told to just submit a remorseful appeal and promise I won't do it again. How can I apologize for something when I have no idea what I did?
I know EA is known for terrible customer service but this is ridiculous. I just want to casually play the game I paid almost $90 for or at the least get and explanation.
