Banned with zero penalty history

My account has been disabled for almost 2 weeks.  I have no penalty history.  I don't cheat or verbally abuse other players.  

I got a hold of a person once on the chat and they "couldn't tell me what I did".  I was told to just submit a remorseful appeal and promise I won't do it again.  How can I apologize for something when I have no idea what I did?  

I know EA is known for terrible customer service but this is ridiculous.  I just want to casually play the game I paid almost $90 for or at the least get and explanation.  

Shake on you EA.

    Think of it as a blessing, the game has died, they didn't listen to the players, next time buy the game with a credit card and if it happens again juts do a charge back, if they refuse to say what you have done thats reason to get your money back
