Missing twitch drop from ~2 months ago, versatile soldier skin

Been wrangling with EA help for over 2 months at this point before I got redirected here, figured I might as well give it a go. 

I brought the twitch sub for the skin, as the image can show (image is a bit old but still works for my case id say). I redeemed it on twitch but never got it in-game, unlike the other twitch drops from the same promotion that I got right away. 




Given how utterly useless EA help has been, I doubt anything of note will come from this, but I'm desperate at this point in time.
